The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the eastbound 2015 KTM Motorcycle driven by 32 year old Cody R. Ensor of Belton, Missouri lost control on the gravel roadway, driver was ejected from the motorcycle.
Mr. Ensor sustained serious injuries and he was transported by ambulance to Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri for treatment.
Ensor was cited with the following charges 1.) Driving while intoxicated 2.) No drivers license 3.) No Insurance 4.) No registration.
