Rockville man escapes serious injuries after Bates County crash

On Monday February 12th around 6:40 a.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County along with Bates County Sheriff's Deputies and the Rich Hill Fire Department responded to a one vehicle accident on Route B just west of Route N east of Rich Hill.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the eastbound 2020 Toyota 4 Runner driven by 28 year old Allen M. McCurdy of Rockville, Missouri traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a drainage culvert.

Allen M. McCurdy sustained minor injuries and he refused medical treatment at the scene of this accident.
