Update: One injured in accident near Spruce

On Tuesday October 15th around 6:10 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol along with Bates County Sheriff's Deputies, Bates County EMS and the Butler Fire Department responded to a one vehicle accident on H Highway east of CR 10623 near Spruce.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the eastbound 2016 Chevrolet Traverse driven by 81 year old Donna L. Kagarice of Butler, Missouri ran off the roadway and struck a ditch.

Donna L. Kagarice sustained moderate injuries and she was transported to Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
