According to City Administrator Corey Snead it was "a step in the right direction" as Butler, along with many other smaller towns are having trouble finding certified plant operators, Alliance provides operators with the latest training and certification as well as providing necessary mandated reports required by the state of Missouri.
During the meeting, a representative of Alliance was on hand to answer questions and provide additional details regarding the Butler operations.
