Update on Kameron Williams 2/16/17

Thank you all for your support and prayers we love our lil community!! There is no better feeling than love and you all have helped us feel love each and everyday!! 

Kam did very well during the commute to Nebraska and is still getting all settled in he has an awesome room with windows that let the beautiful sun shine on his face again! 

The bonus is one person can sleep in his room with him everynight and we have a bed too much more opportunity for rest 😴 thank God for the hundreds of blessings that he has given Kam and the fam. He is my little grown up miracle! - Courtesy of Heather Kam's Mom.

Traffic stop leads to drug arrest in Butler

On 02-16-2017 around 1:00am a Butler Police Department Officer conducted a vehicle stop on a Maroon Mitsubishi. 

When the officer made contact with the driver of the vehicle he smelled an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver provided the officer with consent to search the vehicle. The Officer conducted a search and located a small amount of marijuana and several prescription pills. 

The driver was arrest pending formal charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a dangerous drugs.

Love is all around you!!

Tonight Pizza Hut Kansas City contacted Brandon & Kaleigh Craft to donate and deliver several Heart shaped pizzas to Children's Mercy Hospital. The pizza donation was made after learning of Remington's heart condition on TV and through social media. Remington suffers from a condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome or HLHS. The Pizza Hut Representative wanted to show his appreciation for the nurses and doctors who are taking care of Remington In the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) where Remington is recovering after her first of several open heart surgeries. Pizza Hut also sent enough pizzas for the nurses in Labor & Delivery who took care of Kaleigh and helped deliver Remington. - Photo Submitted to us

Lowry City woman arrested in Cass County

On 2/15/17 Around 5:55pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County arrested 33 year old Michelle L. Bourland of Lowry City, Missouri.

She was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Michelle L. Bourland was booked into the Garden City Police Department and she was later released.

Bill Baxter, 98, of Strasburg, Missouri formerly of Cass County died February 13, 2017.

Visitation will be held 6:00 t0 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 17, 2017, at the Stanley-Dickey Funeral Home, Pleasant Hill, Missouri.

Graveside funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 18, 2017, at the Strasburg Cemetery.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Luke's Hospice House and may be sent in care of the funeral home.

Service times and a complete obituary will be published here when that information becomes available.




Butler woman arrested on Probation and Parole Warrant

On 2/15/17 around 5:34pm the Butler Police Department arrested 33 year old Ashley C. Bukaty of Butler, Missouri.

She was arrested for 1.) Felony Probation and Parole Warrant.

Ashley C. Bukaty was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on no bond at this time.
