On 02-16-2017 around 1:00am a Butler Police Department Officer conducted a vehicle stop on a Maroon Mitsubishi. When the officer made contact with the driver of the vehicle he smelled an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver provided the officer with consent to search the vehicle. The Officer conducted a search and located a small amount of marijuana and several prescription pills.
The driver was arrest pending formal charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a dangerous drugs.
