In the past few months we have 2 local musicians from our area make it to the big time in the world of Country Music. Of course you are familiar with Tyler Farr from Garden City, Missouri. Farrs release of “Redneck Crazy” is topping the carts at number 15.
Tate Stevens of Belton Missouri won The X Factor Competition last winter. Stevens was born and raised in the City of Belton and since his television debut , has released “ The Power of A Love Song “ and “Holler If You’re With Me.
We hope to add another name to that list… FM-92 is proud to give recognition and release a new song and a new artist to our Country Music Format.The song has been released on BMI Records, The Lyrics have been written by; Stanley Plough formerly of Clinton . Plough now resides in Rich Hill. The song is sung by Doug Stokes a studio Artist on an Nashville, Independent Label.
It is their hope that they will get the break they are looking for and you soon will hear this song on the Top 40 in Country Music.
