The Henry County Sheriffs Office says the accident occurred when the 2006 Ford driven by 47 year old Juan A. Arita-Gonzalez of Kansas City, Kansas lost control of his vehicle and traveled off ice covered roadway and overturned.
Mr. Arita-Gonzalez along with a passenger in his vehicle 37 year old Victor E. Arita-Gonzalez of Kansas City, Kansas both sustained minor injuries in this accident and both refused medical treatment at the scene.
Two other passengers in the vehicle 36 year old Noe I Arita-Gonzalez of Kansas City, Kansas and 20 year old Ulises M. Phceco of Olathe, Kansas both sustained moderate injuries in this accident and both were tansported by ambulance to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton, Missouri for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Golden Valley Tow.
