The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2003 Chevrolet Silverado driven by 62 year old William T. Leonhart of Kansas City, Missouri lost control of his vehicle on ice covered roadways and overturned.
Mr. Leonhart sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was transported to the Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Don's Tow of Butler.
