Patricia was born December 15, 1940 in Clinton, Missouri, the daughter of Roy R. and Jean Balcus (Williams) Smith. She was a graduate of Clinton High School.
Patricia is survived by one son, Chris Crafton, Harrisonville and one granddaughter, Crystal Crafton.
