Official welcome for Bringin Country Home

The Butler Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting Friday, Dec. 16 for Bringin Country Home, new on the square since August. Owners Misty and Eddie Peek were hosting a Holiday Open House for the home goods and accessories shop at 1 West Dakota. Proceeds from their raffle were donated to the Chamber for repairs to Santa’s House, and raffle winners were announced: Joanne Godfrey won a $20 gift certificate and Lisa Brown won a shadow box. Present to celebrate the ribbon cutting were (from left) Butler Chamber Director Lee Anna Schowengerdt; daughter Tori Peek; Mayor Don Malan, Misty and Eddie Peek Jr., Chamber board member Lisa Brown, and the Peeks’ daughter, Mikayla Lawrence.
