On 3/16/17 around 9:42pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 18 year old Justin M. Keller of Overland Park, Kansas.Mr. Keller was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of a controlled substance - Methamphetamine 2.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia 3.) Speeding.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail and later bonded out.
