Butler Christmas Parade December 7th
Theme this year is Winter Wonderland- line up at the Butler high school at 4 pm. Judging of entries will be while in line at 5:30. Parade will head to the square at 6 pm. Please, no Santa's on floats; he will be available at his house on the northeast corner of the square all evening. Parade entry forms are available HERE.
Trolley rides in Butler
December 7th, 14th, 20th and 21st. Pick up location at Creative Clink on the east side of the square, times will be 7 and 8 pm. 40 minute ride, $5 for adults and children $2, under 4 free.
Carriage rides in Butler
Courtesy of Cumpton Farms, rides will be every Friday starting December 6th through the end of the month, 6 to 8 pm. Pickup at the Pennell in Butler. $5 adults, under 2 free. For info call 660-200-7333.

Senior Citizens Holiday Luncheon
Archie First Baptist Church December 10th 11 am to 1 pm. Open to ages 55+. Turkey with sides, entertainment and treat bags.
Breakfast with Santa in Ballard
December 7th, 8 am to 10 am at the school. Sponsored by the Ballard Booster Club, $5 person, photos available.
Pancakes with Santa in Adrian
High school commons December 7th, 8 to 11 am. $5 for 3 pancakes and drink, $3 for 1 pancake and drink.

Parents can pick up two toys December 6th (5 to 8pm) and 7th (8 to noon). Open to the public.
A day of music
At the Carpenter's Cup in Butler, Saturday December 7th. Live music will be performed by local folks from 9 am to at least 2:30 pm. For info or to participate, call 660-679-3333.
Appleton City Christmas Parade December 7th
Christmas Parade Lineup at Forest Park/Judging at 4 pm, judging at 4:15 p.m. Christmas Parade theme – ‘Everyone is Santa’.Lighting of the “Mayor’s Christmas Tree in Forest Park at 4:50 pm. 1st Christian Church Soup, Chili, Ham & Bean, Hot Dogs & Dessert will run 5 – 7:30 p.m. Supper/Holiday Music Come & Go (beginning at 5:45 p.m.). First Baptist Church’s presentation of the Live Nativity 303 5th St will be 3 – 7:30 p.m.
Rich Hill Christmas
Santa will be at Caboose Park December 13th 5:30 to 7 pm. Hot chocolate will be provided. Also the Rich Hill police department is accepting donations for the 3rd annual Jack Bearce Bike Drive to help get bikes to children in the community. Donations can be dropped off at city hall.
