The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the both vehicle were traveling southbound when the 2005 Subaru Legacy driven by 51 year old Kevin L. Weaver of Kansas City, Kansas merged into the right line and struck the 2020 International Harvester Cargo Van driven by 55 year old Thomas M. Schram of Louisville, Nebraska.
Mr. Weaver sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was evaluated by EMS and will seek his own treatment.
